We will gladly allow returns if;
- You receive a product which is not what you ordered.
- You ordered the wrong product and would like an exchange only.
We will gladly refund if:
- You receive a product which is not what you ordered.
- You believe you didn't receive the quality of product you expected.
If you would like a refund, we promise to do the following:
- Accept return of the product,
- With a full refund
- Pay up to 5% of the product price in return shipping costs, (upon safe arrival of returned item)
- Do it with a smile
But only if;
- There is a maximum 1 dosage used in the returned item(s)
- Items are sent back within 30 days of original delivery date
We will not accept returns or refunds if:
- You changed your mind
- Your item packaging is different than you're use to
- Any reason other than listed under the allowed return section
If an item is returned and found not to be the fault of FleaCollarz, we will resend the correct item.
Process for approved returns & refunds
If you received the wrong item, please contact us with your order ID. We will exchange the item free of charge. Return shipping fees will be paid by you, then refunded up to the value of 5% of the items purchase price once received.
