   I bought small dog collar but my dog weighs 33lbs, will this still be effective

   Your dog will need Seresto Large Dogs. Small dog collar is for dogs under 18lbs.

   If your dog is 18 lbs, you can use the size small.

   Can these be stored for a later time? If you use it for a month or two but then stored to be used later would it still be effective? Like use one in the fall then store it over the winter for spring?

   Each Seresto collar has a shelf life of 5 years from the date of manufacture. As long as you keep them in a cool and sheltered place, they'll be alright.

   What size do I buy for a20 pound havanese and do I take it off when he gets groomed

   If your dog weights over 18 pounds then you need the "large" size. You can take it off and put back on without a issue.
